01 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
CPA Network Pro ("ILC", "the Platform", "We", "Us") operates an online performance rewards portal. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 where required by local jurisdiction) to participate. By creating an account, you represent that all registration details provided are accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
02 One Account Per Household Policy
To preserve advertiser integrity and fair access, members are strictly prohibited from maintaining more than one registered account. Using multiple email addresses, disposable virtual numbers, or synthetic identities to exploit initial signup bonuses or offer caps will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of accumulated balances.
03 Offer Completion & Third-Party Providers
All offers, sponsored games, paid surveys, and subscription tasks are provided by independent third-party advertising networks (e.g., OfferToro, CPX, AdGem). You acknowledge that:
- Reward crediting is determined solely upon server verification received from the respective advertiser.
- Displayed rewards represent estimates and become finalized only upon successful ledger crediting.
- Advertisers reserve the right to reverse unverified leads if fraudulent completion, emulation, or improper targeting is detected.
04 Strict Prohibition of Fraud & Exploitation
CPA Network Pro implements comprehensive automated anti-fraud mechanisms. The following practices are expressly forbidden:
- Connecting through VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), residential proxies, TOR nodes, or automated spoofing tools.
- Running Android/iOS emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer) without explicit advertiser permission.
- Automating clicks, surveys, or ad interactions with scripts, bots, macro recorders, or headless browsers.
- Submitting fraudulent billing credentials, stolen credit cards, or fictitious details during trial signups.
05 Balances, Ledger Accounting & Cashout Rules
Member balances reflect reviewed and approved advertising bounties. Withdrawals must comply with designated minimum thresholds (standard minimum $0.50 USD). Withdrawal requests are queued for administrator audit and processed via verified payout channels. Balance cancellations resulting from invalid payout info are automatically refunded to the member account.
06 Account Inactivity & Termination
CPA Network Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate accounts found violating these terms. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 180 consecutive days without earning activity may be archived in accordance with our data retention schedule.
07 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The platform and all affiliate services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. CPA Network Pro is not liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or third-party offer tracking discrepancies.
